Committed to creating epic weddings.
– Cheesy Antics
– Unwilling to work with your taste and style
– Playing music without intent
No one looks for just an average DJ for their wedding.
EventSmith Boston DJs craft a bespoke music experience that creates the right vibe and an epic party to remember.
We know what it’s like to attend a wedding where the DJ plays the same songs he played 20 years ago. Every couple should have the wedding of their dreams and a vendor team that supports them.
That’s where EventSmith Boston Wedding DJs come in.
Start off with a virtual meeting, to see if we are a good fit. Then sign your contract online.
This is where the fun begins, we’ll meet multiple times to go over plans, make suggestions and select the perfect soundtrack for your wedding.
Packed Dance floor, full hearts and the amazingly epic party you planned for.
Wedding DJ pricing can vary greatly much like a car, restaurant, even a new suit or dress. You’ll select what is right for you based on how it drives, tastes or fits.
There are many options when it comes to selecting a Boston Wedding DJ, and many are priced similarly, but they are not all the same. Factors such as experience, skill, investment in education and technology all play a role.
EventSmith Boston Wedding DJ presentations range from $1500-$4200 (average investment is $2300) dependent on enhancements to the base package.
EventSmith Boston believes in marriage equality and we’d love to work with you.
Our Wedding DJ packages aren’t based on hours. We focus on doing whatever it takes to create an amazing experience for you and your guests. Reception packages extend until the end of your reception (or 12pm – whichever comes first), no hidden fees here.
What is a real DJ? For us it means reinvesting in ourselves. We practice and learn not only the trade, but the art of being a DJ. Our wedding DJs study music, and know the latest trends. ESB wedding DJs are comfortable mixing and blending songs and genres to keep your wedding guests entertained and dancing. Your wedding DJ will be your partner in planning the best wedding ever.
Being a professional can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. We reply to emails and calls quickly, and we’re fully insured. It also means we invest in top of the line equipment to ensure that your wedding looks great and sounds amazing. We attend industry conferences to stay on top of trends and evolve to stay one step ahead.
Things happen from time to time. If there is an issue, you should never notice. Our Boston wedding DJ team shows up extra early to make sure everything is setup and ready to run smoothly. Our wedding DJ systems are designed to have built in backup, should there be an issue, it will be resolved quickly.
Our online wedding planning system provides you with great planning tools. Once inside you edit timelines, must plays, do not plays and every little detail or your wedding.
When you book with us you get a full contract that guarantees we’re going to show up (and work with you to create a KILLER dance party).
Often other wedding DJs will have time based packages, the initial price looks great, but then they add overtime because their package is only 4 hours. Some will even charge you for “idle time”.
When you book with us you book with a specific wedding DJ. Often companies will overbook and then scramble to find DJs to fill in their schedule. It is highly likely that the DJ that shows up will be professional and friendly, but their experience and talent may be questionable. You may not know who you wedding DJ will be until the days or weeks before your big day.
Everyone seems to know someone who is a DJ these days, but are they truly invested in it? They may have other priorities than your wedding day, and may even ghost on you (we’ve had those ‘day of’ emergency phone calls). Moreover their is the risk that the equipment may be sub-par, and as a result you get a lower-quality presentation, and even worst sound that cuts out during speeches and toasts.
There’s a good chance a part timer doesn’t have a backup plan. We’ve even heard stories of part time DJs packing up and leaving weddings halfway through due to equipment failure.
If you hear ‘This is how we’ve always done it’… run. There are wedding DJs who feel they are prepared because that have the same formula that they’ve used since the days of tuxedos with frilly shirts and cumberbunds. However, what you want gets overridden by what they think works.
A verbal agreement, or if you are lucky an email, from your wedding DJ confirming that they will DJ your wedding just doesn’t cut it.
Fill in your details and we’ll send it your way!!.
Our planner includes tips for getting the best out of any DJ; sample timeline, reception and ceremony planning forms!
